Maina Njenga reveals Mt.Kenya mistake in joining UDA

Former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga has expressed his opinion on how Mt.Kenya region erred during the 2022 General elections.

According to Njenga, the region made a mistake in joining forces with the UDA to establish a government without possessing a distinct political party. 

Speaking on Milele FM on a Monday morning, Njenga highlighted that regions like Nyanza, Rift Valley, and Eastern each have their own parties led by Raila Odinga, William Ruto, and Kalonzo Musyoka, and they maintain a unified political stance.

"Tulifanya makosa sana kuingia kwa serekali ya kenya kwanza bila chama." (We (Mt Kenya) made a mistake by initially entering the Kenyan government without a party.)," he said.

"Ukiangalia Baba ameeka wajaluo wote kwa mfuko moja. Wote wanakaa kwa ODM, Rift Valley, William amekusanya wakale wote wanaongea kwa sauti moja,".Wiper unaona Kalonzo amepanga kazi vizuri sana.(If you look at how the Baba (Raila Odinga) has grouped all the Luos together.
